University Properties of Finland Ltd and Polku together are developing a digital campus ecosystem on top of the Polku Zone IoT platform. The aim is to create University campuses that are the most digital campuses in the world.

First digital campus is currently under development in Tampere University and it is targeted to be ready during 2018.
